By registering an account on prad4d, accessing our platform, placing bets, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. These documents collectively form a binding legal agreement between you and prad4d.
We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the prad4d website. To register and maintain an account on prad4d, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

Before processing your first withdrawal, prad4d requires completion of identity verification. You will be required to submit clear, legible copies of government-issued identification (KTP or passport), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement dated within the last three months), and a selfie holding your ID. This verification process is mandatory for compliance with anti-money laundering regulations and to protect both you and prad4d from fraud. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds until verification is completed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. You agree to immediately notify prad4d of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. prad4d will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
You must keep your account information current and accurate. If your personal details change (such as address, phone number, or email), you must update your account information promptly through your account settings or by contacting customer support. Failure to maintain accurate information may delay withdrawals or result in account restrictions.
prad4d accepts deposits via various payment methods including bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and e-wallet services (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the deposit page and may vary by payment method. Deposits are typically processed instantly, though some methods may take up to 15 minutes. You must only deposit funds from payment sources that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be rejected.
Withdrawal requests can be made at any time through your account dashboard. Minimum withdrawal amount is typically Rp 100,000, though this may vary. First-time withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Most withdrawal requests via BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri are processed within 15 minutes during business hours (09:00-21:00 WIB Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:00 WIB Saturday-Sunday). prad4d does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals under normal circumstances. However, your bank or payment provider may impose transaction fees, currency conversion fees, or other charges. prad4d is not responsible for third-party fees. In cases of suspected fraud or abuse, prad4d reserves the right to deduct administrative fees from your account balance.
prad4d operates a strict anti-money laundering (AML) policy in accordance with international standards. All deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal is permitted. For example, if you deposit Rp 1,000,000, you must place at least Rp 1,000,000 in total bets before requesting a withdrawal. prad4d reserves the right to request source of funds documentation for large deposits or withdrawals. We cooperate fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in investigating suspected money laundering or financial crimes.
All transactions on prad4d are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). If you deposit or withdraw using a payment method in a different currency, conversion will be handled by your payment provider at their prevailing exchange rate. prad4d is not responsible for currency conversion rates or associated fees.
prad4d offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. Unless otherwise specified, bonuses are available to Players who have completed registration and made qualifying deposits. Each promotion has specific terms and conditions that govern eligibility, claiming procedures, wagering requirements, and expiration dates. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements specify how many times you must wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) before withdrawal is permitted. For example, a Rp 1,000,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place Rp 30,000,000 in total bets. Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10-50%. prad4d reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate winnings if we detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, coordinated play with other players to guarantee profits, betting patterns designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other activity that violates the spirit of fair play. All bonus decisions are final and at prad4d's sole discretion.
While wagering bonus funds, maximum bet limits may apply. Typically, the maximum bet per spin or per game round is Rp 50,000 when playing with bonus funds. Exceeding this limit may result in voiding of the bonus and associated winnings. Check the specific promotion terms for applicable bet limits.
All bonuses have expiration dates, typically ranging from 7 to 30 days from the date of issue. If wagering requirements are not met within the expiration period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited. Time limits are strictly enforced and cannot be extended.
All bets placed on prad4d are final and cannot be cancelled, amended, or withdrawn once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bets before confirming them. prad4d is not liable for errors in bet placement caused by user mistakes, technical issues, or misunderstandings. Bets are accepted only if you have sufficient account balance to cover the stake. In the event of a technical error that results in incorrect odds or bet acceptance, prad4d reserves the right to void affected bets.
For sports betting markets, all bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA for football, BWF for badminton). If a sporting event is postponed or abandoned, bets will be settled according to the specific market rules. For example, football bets typically require the match to be completed within 48 hours of the original start time to be valid. If a match is cancelled entirely, all bets are void and stakes are returned. Live betting odds may change rapidly; your bet is accepted at the odds displayed at the moment you confirm the bet.
All casino games including slots, table games, and live dealer games operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealer systems. Game outcomes are determined by these systems and cannot be influenced by prad4d or any third party. Each game displays its certified RTP (Return to Player) percentage. In the event of a game malfunction, all affected bets and payouts are void and stakes are returned to players.
For togel (lottery) games, results are based on official draws from the respective market operators (Singapore, Hong Kong, Sydney, etc.). Draw times are published on the platform. Bets must be placed before the published draw closing time. Late bets will automatically roll over to the next draw. Winning numbers are verified against official sources, and payouts are made according to the published prize structure.
Collusion between players, coordinated betting, syndicate play, or any form of coordinated activity designed to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. prad4d employs sophisticated detection systems to identify unusual betting patterns. If we suspect collusion or fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to void all related bets, close affected accounts, and confiscate funds.

While prad4d strives to maintain 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee that our services will be available at all times. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, network failures, or circumstances beyond our control. prad4d is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of service interruptions. In the event of a technical failure that prevents you from placing or cashing out bets, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, prad4d's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your account during the six months preceding the claim. prad4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
prad4d partners with third-party game providers, payment processors, and service providers. We are not responsible for the performance, reliability, or content provided by these third parties. Any disputes related to third-party services should be directed to the relevant provider.
prad4d shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, labor disputes, government actions, internet service provider failures, or pandemics. In such events, our obligations under these Terms shall be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.
The prad4d platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. prad4d does not warrant that the platform will meet your requirements, operate without interruption, be error-free, or be free from viruses or other harmful components.
You may close your prad4d account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds in your account. Any active bonuses or pending bets will be forfeited. Account closure is permanent and cannot be reversed without creating a new account, which must comply with our single-account policy.
prad4d reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time if we suspect violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct that may harm prad4d or other players. During suspension, you will not be able to place bets or withdraw funds until the investigation is complete. We will notify you of the reason for suspension and provide an opportunity to respond.
prad4d reserves the right to permanently close your account and terminate your access to the platform if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or abused our services. Upon termination, all pending bets will be voided, all bonuses will be forfeited, and we may withhold funds if there is evidence of fraudulent activity. prad4d is not obligated to provide a refund of deposits in cases of termination for cause.
As part of our responsible gaming commitment, you may request self-exclusion for a specified period (minimum 24 hours, maximum permanent closure). Both parties waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
